24/7 MaintenanceParking spots are available for residents of The Canyon. In order to obtain parking, a separate parking application and prepayment of $195 is required. Parking is available with a valid pass and in a specifically dedicated area. They are located at Beaver Hill, Cedarbrook, Diplomat, and Garner Court.
